Individual counseling provides a space for your unique story to be told and heard.
Through counseling, my hope is that your experience is validated, you learn to embrace parts of your lived experience that are meaningful to you, discover what is possible, and discard parts that are no longer fitting.

Let’s face it- being in a relationship can be difficult! Couples & Marriage Counseling offers a space to explore issues related to trust, intimacy, and connection.
Through couples counseling, my hope is that you are able to deepen your connection, feel understood by and better understand your partner(s), and grow together.

Families are complicated! Family counseling offers a space to explore sibling and intergenerational relationships, parenting styles, and (often unspoken) family rules and values.

Payment Policy.
Payment is due at the time of service, every session. We accept cash, check, and most credit cards.
Cancellation Policy.
Please be aware of the cancellation policy. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24-hours in advance are subject to a $100 fee.
Late Policy.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, we are generally unable to make up for the lost time and are not permitted to give discounts.
